    Original vintage travel poster promoting Basel, designed by Swiss artist and graphic designer Markus Schneider. This lively bird’s-eye view of the city presents Basel along the Rhine in a map-like panorama, with the river, bridges, old town, and key monuments rendered in bright, mid-century color blocks. The style is typical of Schneider’s 1960s work—clear, graphic, and highly legible from a distance—made to advertise Basel as a cultural and architectural destination. Printed in Basel by Frobenius AG. The poster is in excellent original condition, not linen-backed, with strong, fresh colors and a very clean overall appearance.

    This large-format French advertising poster promotes Fap’Anis, an anise-flavored aperitif, with the slogan “Celui des Connaisseurs” (“the one for connoisseurs”). The design shows an Art Deco–era woman holding a glass and fan, set against a seaside/Riviera-style backdrop, with the Fap’Anis bottle at right.Printed in Paris by Publicite Wall, this is an original color lithograph from the period, preserved today with professional linen backing for improved stability and handling.
