Bitter Campari “L’Aperitivo” – Fortunato Depero, c. 1965
Vintage advertising poster for Campari designed by Fortunato Depero, originally created in the 1930s and reissued by the company in the 1960s. According to Signor Passerini, former curator of the Campari collection, the company published this poster in the 1960s. This example is a second edition printed in offset lithography by Officine Grafiche Leopoldo Baroni, Milan. A bold and iconic Futurist composition, the design is one of Depero’s most recognizable works for Campari and reflects the strong graphic style associated with the brand. Signed in the plate “F. Depero”.

Original antique advertising poster for Vernet natural sparkling mineral water, printed circa 1900. Known as “The Pearl of Mineral Waters,” the poster depicts fairies pouring the precious bottled water associated with the Ardèche region of France, celebrated for its rivers and natural springs. This large-format composition was printed by traditional stone lithography in rich colors and remains one of the more striking French mineral water posters of the period. This is the original printing.
