Original French advertising poster for Dubonnet, the well known quinquina aperitif. The design by Claire Masson (pseudonym Claire Mallon) depicts a young woman seated in a garden enjoying a glass of Dubonnet, accompanied by a small dog at her side. The composition reflects the elegant illustrative style of the early twentieth century, with flowing garments and a refined domestic setting typical of the Belle Epoque period.
This poster is considered the only known poster design by Claire Masson, a French artist who later became a member of the Societe des Artistes Francais during the 1920s. It is also among the earliest and rarest posters produced for Dubonnet, preceding the famous advertising campaigns of the 1930s created by Cassandre for the brand.

Designed in 1909 by Italian artist Remg (Remo Branca), this lithograph promotes the Liquore del Reno, a liqueur produced by the Giulio Tartarini distillery in Pieve di Cento, Ferrara. The company was active in the early 20th century and proudly displayed its Grand Prix Medaglia d’Oro from the 1909 Florence exposition.
This 1940 printing is in lithography, just as the original was, and depicts a finely dressed woman enjoying a glass of the liqueur, accompanied by elegant period typography.
The poster is linen-backed and in excellent condition, preserving both the design and printing quality.

Original Italian advertising poster for Marsala Florio designed by Plinio Codognato. The striking composition features a powerful classical figure in red raising his arm beneath the bold yellow lettering of the Florio brand name. The dramatic lighting and monumental figure evoke the strength and vitality associated with the famous Sicilian wine. The slogan below reads “Ristora • Rinfranca • Rinforza,” emphasizing the restorative and invigorating qualities of Marsala Florio.
This 1951 printing was issued by Gros Monti & Co., Torino, and is considered a later printing of Codognato’s celebrated Marsala Florio design originally created in the early 1930s.
