Razzia (Gérard Courbouleix-Dénériaz) is a French poster artist best known for his elegant, Art Deco–inspired designs. Unlike many modern artists, he creates his works entirely from original paintings rather than digital compositions. One of his earliest and most iconic fashion commissions is the “Prêt à Porter Féminin” poster. It was printed in 1981 by Graficaza in Paris. Designed to promote the Paris prêt-à-porter fashion week, the image features a striking female portrait with minimal, elegant lines. At the top, the word “PARIS” appears in bold, capturing the glamour and confidence of 1980s fashion.

Jean Tinguely was a Swiss artist recognized for his kinetic sculptures and his extension of the Dada tradition into the late 20th century. His mechanical constructions satirized modern industrial culture and often incorporated movement, sound, and elements of chance. Tinguely’s work was exhibited internationally during his lifetime, with major installations at the Museum of Modern Art (New York), the Centre Pompidou (Paris), the Tate (London), and other institutions.
This silkscreen represents his graphic work from the late 1980s and illustrates the playful, energetic line characteristic of his art.
