Original Italian 4-fogli poster for Il grande campione (Champion), the 1949 boxing drama starring Kirk Douglas, distributed by United Artists. Artwork by Rinaldo Geleng and printed in Rome by S.A.G.A. This is the large-format 140 x 200 cm poster issued for the Italian release, promoting the film’s story of a professional boxer’s rise and moral decline. The poster is an original first printing from 1949. It is in B / B+ condition with restorations and light fold wear, but with excellent, strong colors and a good overall presentation for display.

Poster featuring the Absolut Vodka image originally created by Andy Warhol. This example was produced circa 2010 under license from the Warhol Estate and was used primarily in Europe for outdoor advertising.
The Absolut advertising campaign began in 1981 and became one of the longest-running advertising campaigns in history. In 1992, the campaign was inducted into the American Marketing Association’s Marketing Hall of Fame. Over the years, Absolut collaborated with numerous artists and designers, including Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, and Helmut Lang.
This poster reproduces Warhol’s well-known Absolut bottle image, characterized by bold color treatment and simplified graphic form.

This is the true large-format advertising printing measuring approximately 320 x 480 cm (126 x 189 inches), produced for outdoor display. The scale places it among the largest format posters issued for the Lido and represents Gruau’s bold graphic style associated with Parisian fashion and cabaret imagery.
To our knowledge, and after extensive review of auction records and gallery references, no other surviving example of this oversized billboard format has been documented. This appears to be the only currently known example of this monumental printing.
Printed for public exhibition and large-scale posting, this format was intended for billboard or prominent exterior display.

Very Rare poster for the original release of the Vikings in 1958. Film starring Kirk Douglas, Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh. Fantastic and most impressive image from this movie featuring all the important stars and the size of the poster which is 95 inches longtheboat is almost life size.
