This poster was printed in Lyon which was a couple of hours from where Terrot Cycle company was location in the City of Lyon. They manufactured bicycles and Motorcylces as shown in the poster with the lady in thebackround on a bicycle and the dapper fellow in the forground is looking at a Map from 1922 to get to his destination. Dressed in a 3 piece suit and fancy leather shoes, his Terrot Motorcycle was state of the Art of the time. Springer front End and footrests all the comforts. Even with the slight red bleed the poster is super stuff and you wont find another anytime soon. It is very RARE !!

The event took place at the Reims-Gueux circuit, which hosted major international races in the postwar period. This poster carries the title “Grand Prix de Vitesse Automobile – Reims” and includes Pastis 51 as a sponsor, a brand closely tied to French sporting promotions of the era.
This version was printed by Harfort, Paris, in a small format measuring approximately 16 x 24 inches (40 x 60 cm). It was issued in 1950 to promote the event and is professionally mounted on linen.
