This large-format serigraph poster was created by the French artist Razzia (Gérard Courbouleix-Dénériaz) in 1992for Louis Vuitton’s annual “Automobiles de Princes” car show, held in the Parc de Bagatelle in Paris. From 1989 through the late 1990s, Louis Vuitton sponsored this prestigious vintage automobile event, commissioning Razzia each year to produce a new image. His bold Art Deco–inspired designs gave the series a distinctive visual identity that has since become highly collectible.
The present example is the original 1992 serigraph printing, produced for Louis Vuitton at the time of the event — not a later reproduction.
