$ 15,000GRUAU – Lido Grand Prix – 1964 – Very Rare
Original billboard-size poster by René Gruau created for the Lido de Paris revue Grand Prix in 1964. The revue was conceived by Pierre-Louis Guérin and René Fraday and featured the celebrated Bluebell Girls. This design reflects Gruau’s signature graphic style associated with Parisian fashion, cabaret, and theatrical advertising.
This is the monumental billboard format measuring approximately 320 x 480 cm (189 x 126 inches). Posters of this scale were produced for large exterior display and were typically issued in multiple panels for street posting. Due to their intended outdoor use, very few examples of this size survive.
