Original color lithograph by Belgian artist Henri Berchmans, published in L’Estampe Moderne in 1898. The image shows a standing female nude with a satyr beside her, in a wooded or natural setting. The composition is balanced and finely drawn, typical of Berchmans’ academic style and interest in mythological themes. Printed by Champenois in Paris and distributed by Masson & Piazza as part of the monthly portfolio L’Estampe Moderne (1897–99). The sheet bears the embossed blindstamp “L’Estampe Moderne / E.M.” in the lower right margin and the artist’s printed signature within the image.
