Leonetto Cappiello’s famous image for Thermogène, showing the green figure exhaling flames beside the bold red lettering. This version was printed in France by Dehon & Cie, Valenciennes, in the smaller 20 × 28 inch format. It dates from around 1940 and is a fine mid-century impression of one of Cappiello’s most recognizable advertising designs. Backed on linen, colors remain vivid and condition is excellent.
