Original official poster for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta designed by Primo Angeli. Angeli’s design was selected by IOC President Juan Antonio Samaranch as the official poster of the Games. The image features a stylized athlete rendered in a graphic silhouette using the five Olympic colors with the Olympic rings integrated into the composition. The design was part of the ACOG “Look Team Series,” created by firms involved in developing the visual identity of the Atlanta Games.
