Original lithograph in colours after Kazimir Malevich (1878–1935), printed on watermarked Arches paper by Atelier Mourlot, Paris, circa 1980. Produced from an edition of 2000 impressions intended to accompany an exhibition at the State Russian Museum in St. Petersburg.
The exhibition order was ultimately cancelled, and the prints remained with the printers before later being released for sale. The stamp of the State Russian Museum appears at the lower center of the sheet.
