Original vintage French advertising poster for Ryst Armagnac by Raymond Savignac (1907–2002). Cassandre before developing his own distinctive graphic style. His work is known for its clarity of design, effective simplicity, and subtle humor, characteristics that made his advertising imagery highly recognizable.
This poster was created to promote Ryst Armagnac. Armagnac is a traditional French brandy produced in the Gascony region in southwest France, notably in the departments of Gers, Landes, and Lot-et-Garonne.
